Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of downloadable products, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
This includes PDF downloads, digital learning materials, and any other downloadable content purchased through this website.
If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading a purchased product, please contact us at russiantutorallam@gmail.com and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.
Online Lessons
Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations, missed lessons, or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time are non-refundable.
If The Russian Tutor is unable to provide a scheduled lesson, the lesson may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.
Right to Refuse Service
The Russian Tutor reserves the right to refuse service, discontinue lessons, cancel bookings, or terminate a teaching relationship at any time and for any lawful reason. Any unused prepaid lesson fees may be refunded or credited toward future services at our discretion.
